Returns & Exchanges

At Marlo the Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and hygiene stickers remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
